Teestyleshomes is a premium rental service in Lagos offering a "complete lifestyle" package. Beyond just short-let apartments, they provide luxury car rentals and private boat cruises. Their mission is to offer versatile, high-end solutions that make every stay unforgettable.

Their goal: To transition from a standard "short-let" business into a recognized Lifestyle Brand. They needed to showcase their diverse portfolio (Homes, Cars, Boats) and drive bookings by selling the experience of the "soft life" rather than just a place to sleep.

The Challenge

The Lagos short-let market is saturated with generic listings. Teestyleshomes faced specific hurdles:

  • Fragmented Offerings: Selling three different services (Apartments, Cars, Boats) under one account was confusing customers

  • Trust Barriers: Customers needed assurance of "comfort" and basic amenities (like constant power/light) before booking

  • Generic Visuals: Previous content didn't capture the "luxury" feel required to justify premium pricing

They needed a cohesive strategy that tied these services together into one irresistible lifestyle package

The Strategy

I executed a "Lifestyle & Trust" Strategy designed to elevate the brand's perceived value and drive conversions.

1. Aspirational Visual Storytelling

We shifted the focus from "features" to "feelings" through:

  • Lifestyle Integration: Created content that visually linked the apartments with the luxury cars and boat cruises, painting a picture of a complete vacation experience

  • High-End Aesthetic: Designed sleek, dark-themed visuals for "Exclusive Car Rentals" (e.g., Lexus, Toyota) to signal executive quality

Goal: Make the brand synonymous with "Luxury Living" in Lagos.

2. Conversion-Focused Carousels

To address customer hesitation, I designed educational carousels like "3 Reasons to Choose Teestyleshomes":

  • Value Pillars: Explicitly highlighted "Comfort," "Affordability," and "Trendy Locations" to answer common buyer objections upfront

  • Clear Call-to-Actions (CTAs): Implemented strong "Book Now" and "Contact Us Today" prompts on every asset to reduce friction between viewing and inquiring

Goal: Move users from "passive scrolling" to "active inquiry"

3. Social Proof & Trust Activation

we transformed positive feedback into a powerful marketing asset:

  • Addressing Pain Points: Actively leveraged guest feedback highlighting "Always light and water" —a critical trust factor for the local market—to reassure potential bookers of reliability

  • Authentic Reviews: Turned raw customer interactions (like WhatsApp feedback) into polished "Customer Review" graphics to build credibility

Goal: Use existing happy customers to validate the service promise and lower the barrier to entry for new clients.

The Results

By packaging the services into a cohesive luxury brand, we achieved:

  • Doubled Profile Visits: The new visual identity significantly increased click-through rates to the profile and booking links.
